Refund Policy

Returns

You have 14 days from date of delivery to cancel the order, and a further 14 days to return for a refund or exchange, provided the is:

- Unworn, unused, and in its original

- With all original tags and packaging intact

- Not a final sale or non-returnable item (e.g., undergarments, gift cards)

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@oceanjoy.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

 

- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the is due to a fault or error on our part.

 

Exchanges

Should you need a different size or item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and placing a new order.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns on:

 

- Items marked "Final Sale"

- Gift Cards

- Intimates or swimwear (due to hygiene reasons)

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Ocean Joy is liable for lost or delayed returns.

Ocean Joy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above. We may also revise this policy at any time without prior notice.
